In my current role as a senior design at McKinsey & Company, I focus on designing strategies for product adoption and organizational behavior change.

I believe that it is a designer’s responsibility to thoroughly study the context and take a structured approach to analyze findings to create actionable insights. These insights then lead you to generative synthesis that are translated it into impactful solutions.
