As a result of the extensive brand building process, several applications were identified some were design interventions while some were changes in the organisational processes. One of the first brand applications of this project was a careers site that used the brand theme to convey the work culture of Flipkart to its potential candidates.

 

The design process for this website also involved a lot of research in trends in website design, a study of the competetive careers website, an understanding of the ecommerce industry in India and the basics of website design and development. This website was developed using a content management system powered by Wordpress for the ease of updating from the users end.
