As part of a Symbol Design course I took at the National Institute of Design, we were asked to conceptualise a hypothetical design firm of our own. I chose to visualise a design firm that works to solve larger issues of the human world and caters to all the aspects of a problem hence creating holistic solutions. This would involve working with various mediums such as print, web solutions, strategic solutions and much more. The firm would also actively take up projects that help and support social causes. The name chosen for the firm - ‘Amsamam’ is the arabic word for design, a language and a culture I admire.
